  1. Day 1 - Welcome to Budapest

    Your journey into wonder begins with a two night stay.

    Join a guided tour through the city often considered the most beautiful in Europe.

  3. Day 3 - Budapest > Giurgiu

    This afternoon you’ll board your Scenic Space-Ship. At tonight’s welcome reception, raise your glass to the wonderful cruise ahead.

  4. Day 4 - Kalocsa

    Today you will have the opportunity to witness a traditional Puszta horse show.

  5. Day 5 - Osijek

    Explore Osijek on a city tour, or take a bike ride through Osijek’s countryside. Alternatively, join a local and learn to make a traditional fish stew.

    Later, be invited into the home of a local family for a traditional home-cooked meal and discover what everyday life is really like in Croatia.

  6. Day 6 - Belgrade

    Enjoy an in-depth city tour including a visit to Tito’s Memorial, or take an orientation tour of Belgrade and see the highlights of the city. Alternatively, choose a guided bicycle ride, or take a walk through the city with a local. Or, journey to Sremski Karlovci, where you can wander the town and marvel at the many beautiful Baroque elements.

    Visit the largest orthodox temple in the Balkans, St. Sava and enjoy a choir performance in the

  7. Day 7 - Iron Gates

    Admire the spectacular scenery as you cruise through the Iron Gates, a narrow gorge that the Danube has carved between the Carpathian and Balkan Mountains.

  8. Day 8 - Svishtov > Rousse

    Discover the World Heritage-listed village of Arbanassi. Or, stay on board and cruise towards Rousse, where you’ll be treated to a guided sightseeing tour.

  9. Day 9 - Silistra

    Discover Silistra Fort during an active walking tour, or take an excursion to Varna on the Black Sea
    coast. Alternatively, visit a local village and a local school, and learn about life in Bulgaria.

  10. Day 10 - Giurgiu > Bucharest

    Bid a fond farewell to your crew as you disembark your Scenic Space-Ship and travel to Bucharest.

  11. Day 11 - Bucharest > Sofia

    Depart Romania today and journey to the historic Bulgarian capital of Sofia where you will stay for two nights.

    With your local guide, discover neoclassical Stalinist architecture, tree-lined boulevards and buildings by 19th century Russian and Viennese architects.

  13. Day 13 - Sofia > Ohrid Lake

    Your first stop today is Skopje, which has been inhabited since 4000 BC. Continue through the Macedonian countryside before arriving at Ohrid Lake, where you’ll stay for two nights.

    Enjoy a traditional Macedonian dinner and folklore show. It’s a wonderful opportunity to absorb some of the region’s unique culture.

  14. Day 14 - Ohrid Lake

    Tour the town with your knowledgeable guide this morning. With its temples, ruins and Byzantine basilicas, Ohrid is one of the most ancient towns in the Balkans.

    Arrive in the Byzantine city of Tirana and check into your hotel, before embarking on a city tour.

    Today travel to picturesque Montenegro and arrive in Budva for your overnight stay.

  17. Day 17 - Budva > Dubrovnik

    Let a knowledgeable local guide show you around the stunning Bay of Kotor. Then take in the amazing vistas as you journey along the Adriatic coast to Dubrovnik where you'll enjoy a two night stay.

  18. Day 18 - Dubrovnik

    This morning, see Onofrio’s Fountain, the Rector’s Palace and visit the Old Pharmacy in the Franciscan Monastery.

  19. Day 19 - Dubrovnik > Sarajevo

    En route to Sarajevo, stop in the beautiful city of Mostar. Visit the Turkish House and the renowned Old Bridge. Later, check into your hotel for two nights.

    Explore the treasures of Sarajevo on a guided tour, including Gazi Husrev Beg’s Mosque and the Sarajevo Tunnel Museum.
