  1. Day 1 - Rome

    Welcome to Rome where your Italian adventure begins with a two night stay. On your walking tour of the historic centre, your expert local guide will show you the iconic landmarks including the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain.

  2. Day 2 - Rome

    Begin by exploring the world’s smallest state, the Vatican City, where you will marvel at the Vatican Museum, the breathtaking Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica, the world’s largest church, which leads to the magnificent St. Peter’s Square. From there, you will continue to the Forum and the historic Colosseum.

  3. Day 3 - Rome > Florence

    Today drive past tranquil Lake Trasimeno to Siena and enjoy a guided tour through this delightful medieval city.

  5. Day 5 - Florence > Rapallo

    Travel to Pisa to enjoy a guided tour and see its famous tower. Then continue on to Portofino, a gorgeous fishing village, where you will enjoy a scenic cruise, before arriving in Rapallo for a two night Special Stay.

  6. Day 6 - Rapallo

    The rugged coastline known as the Cinque Terre, is a World Heritage-listed Site that comprises the five villages of Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore. They’re accessible only via walking paths, train or boat, which lends itself to the already considerable charm of these unique 11th century villages. Today, bask in a full day exploring this picturesque coastline.

  7. Day 7 - Rapallo > Venice

    Your first stop today is Modena, where you will visit a producer of traditional balsamic vinegar, including a tasting and a light lunch. Continue to Venice – a truly magical, unique city.   8. Day 8 - Venice

    Enjoy a gondola ride under ancient bridges and amongst magnificent canals. Marvel at the colourful Grand Canal, glide under the Rialto Bridge and explore the winding canals past ancient mansions and public buildings.

  12. Day 12 - Taranto, Italy

    Discover the city of Taranto, a city of two parts. One a centre for local industry, the other, a historical centre which retains elements of its rich maritime history and underlying remnants of antiquity and charm in its blend of architectural styles.
